David Wallace is an oil, gas, and helium executive with over 30 years in the industry and a background spanning upstream, midstream, equipment, and service. He has built multi-state asset portfolios from exploration through production and plant deployment, with recent work including oil and gas E&P and helium developments in Arizona, Colorado, Utah, and Montana. He brings a strong track record in early-stage exploration, capital formation, and acquisitions and divestitures, having bought and sold numerous companies while creating value for shareholders and partners. He holds a BBA from Southern Methodist University and an MBA from the University of Texas McCombs School of Business.
